Returns & Store Credit Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With original tags and hygienic liner attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, swimwear that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and provide a solution.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Worn, washed, or altered swimwear

  • Items missing tags or hygienic liners

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items


Store Credit Only (No Refunds)

We do not offer refunds.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only:

  • Store credit is delivered via email

  • Credit can be used on future purchases

  • Store credit does not expire

  • Credit is non-transferable


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
To receive a different size or style, please return the item for store credit and place a new order.
